Using our partnerships, Future Housing Leaders connects students to a network of over 85 companies with nearly 200 opportunities for summer internships in the housing industry. The program also offers support and resources to help students better understand the industry and foster the development of skills and knowledge needed to succeed during their internship and beyond.

Future Housing Leaders is a program that connects college students with diverse backgrounds to opportunities for paid internships in the housing industry with top employers who are actively engaged in promoting diversity in their workforce.

Participating students will have access to internships with premier employers in the housing industry and our free professional and foundational educational summer programs.

As a Future Housing Leaders intern, you will also be able to:
