Using our partnerships, Future Housing Leaders (FHL) connects students to a network of over 70 different companies and nearly 200 opportunities for summer internships and full-time early career jobs. The program also offers support and resources to help students better understand the industry and foster the development of skills and knowledge needed to succeed during their internship and beyond.

Future Housing Leaders is a program that connects college students with diverse backgrounds to opportunities for paid internships and entry-level jobs in the housing industry with top employers who are actively engaged in promoting diversity in their workforce.

Participating students will have the opportunity to intern with premier employers in the housing industry. As a Future Housing Leaders intern, you will also be able to:
